This is a place where young people see the power of their minds, the power they wield when they own their learning.
Early on, kids hear I have great faith in their abilities. As they recognize I really am super open to their feedback, that I really do walk my talk, they begin to feel comfortable.
As they realize I see them, they share often unspoken responses to school. In working with these expressions, together, we find meaningful paths that honor their ambitions.
